Helene you are a champion!!! After watching Masterchef final last night, decided I would look at the recipe of the wonderful dessert and discover your carrot sorbet inspired by NOMA (http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/2010/9659/redzepi-noma-carrot-sorbet-thermomix-recipe.html) - thank you for doing the hard work at converting!!!!!!!  :D  :D

Helene is always on top of things with all the latest and greatest. How does she do it? If she were a consultant she could  out sell just about anyone I reckon!

She is one dedicated Thermomixer with a great blog.
