hi, i am making beef goulash right now, this is at 100deg. i want to cook some veges to go with it, can i put the varoma on and will the goulash be ok to cook on varoma temp or do i have to do it at 100. thank you

Hi Nicky.
These are my immediate thoughts on the matter: I don't think the veg will cook at 100. There also may not be enough liquid in the goulash to produce enough steam for the veg even if you do put it onto Varoma.
I'm prepared to be contradicted by others who may have better knowledge than me....
Good luck :)

I would think the same as Katya.....unless it was finely diced maybe.....but I wouldn't risk cooking the veg longer, then to overcook the meat. Just bung them in the microwave, or boil ;)
