Title: Herb / Spice Salt recipe

Hi Everyone,
In my wanderings around the net I came across a 'salt' recipe .. possibly herb/spice mix which I though I had bookmarked, but unfortunately cannot find.  It was written by someone who had bought this 'salt' overseas but then could not get it again and came across another recipe which was even better.  It requires a range of items to be put into the oven before they are ground.  I have tried searching this forum with a range of key words but have not had any luck. 
If you know what I am talking about by my ridiculous description, please let me know.

There are three recipes for Herb salts in the DD cookbook;
Rosemary,Sage and Thyme Salt,
Basil,Rosemary and Sage Salt
Lemon Pepper Herb Salt.

I have cooked quite a few things from the book but that was before I found the forum and it's wonderful recipes.It has a eclectic mix of recipes but you have probably a better resource of books in France Frozzie. ;) After delving back into the book today, I'm cooking a new recipe from the book tomorrow  :o Will report back with the results  ;D

thanks CC...im sure its just like others im a bit of a cookbook addict and have most of hte french books, aussie books and some UK ones (thx that is) and have a whole lot of french and english cookbooks..always on the lookout for more  ;)...will look forward to hearing back    :)

I have it and don't think it's overly inspiring Frozzie, but everyone has different tastes of course.  :)

Haven't cooked it yet Frozzie it's on today's menu.I'm grocery shopping after my Pilates class this morning to get the fresh fish that I need. :)
