CC posted a link to a recipe to make your own satay sauce here
(http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13754.0)
SuzieG - Definitely easy! Super yummy too! Thanks for the recipe!
cardaddict - loved it.
Amy - made this tonight using the Ayam satay sauce. It was great! It made heaps too and I didn't even use the full amount of chicken. I added some peas in the last two minutes just for a bit of greenery.
JD - I made half quantity of this recipe using cooked chicken, roasted red capsicum and some Macadamia Nut Satay Sauce I was given for Christmas - it's delicious and my window cleaner was anxious to try it before he left. He loved the risotto and hearing of all the things the TMX can do.
sarahbelle - I made this for dinner tonight. I used this satay sauce recipe rather than the can.

I didn't have all the ingredients for CC's satay sauce so used this one instead which was very easy, simple and tasty surprisingly since it really didn't have a lot of ingredients. The risotto turned out really nice. It was quite rich so you definitely couldn't eat a lot of it. Hubby and I were impressed although the kids weren't massive fans. Thank you for sharing, the recipe was very easy to follow and something different to the usual risotto I make.

Just made half quantity of this recipe using cooked chicken, roasted red capsicum and some Macadamia Nut Satay Sauce I was given for Christmas - it is delicious and my window cleaner was anxious to try it before he left. He was asking a lot of questions about the Thermomix and took a photo of it to show his wife. The price scared him a bit but he loved the risotto and hearing of all the things it can do.
