CC posted a link to a recipe to make your own satay sauce here
 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13754.0)

SuzieG - Definitely easy! Super yummy too! Thanks for the recipe!

cardaddict - loved it.

Amy - made this tonight using the Ayam satay sauce. It was great! It made heaps too and I didn't even use the full amount of chicken. I added some peas in the last two minutes just for a bit of greenery.

JD - I made half quantity of this recipe using cooked chicken, roasted red capsicum and some Macadamia Nut Satay Sauce I was given for Christmas - it's delicious and my window cleaner was anxious to try it before he left.  He loved the risotto and hearing of all the things the TMX can do.

sarahbelle - I made this for dinner tonight. I used this satay sauce recipe rather than the can.

I didn't have all the ingredients for CC's satay sauce so used this one instead which was very easy, simple and tasty surprisingly since it really didn't have a lot of ingredients. The risotto turned out really nice. It was quite rich so you definitely couldn't eat a lot of it. Hubby and I were impressed although the kids weren't massive fans. Thank you for sharing, the recipe was very easy to follow and something different to the usual risotto I make.

Love the look of this Maddy. Does anyone have a recipe for satay sauce so I can steer clear of the tinned variety and still get to try the recipe?

Just made half quantity of this recipe using cooked chicken, roasted red capsicum and some Macadamia Nut Satay Sauce I was given for Christmas - it is delicious and my window cleaner was anxious to try it before he left.  He was asking a lot of questions about the Thermomix and took a photo of it to show his wife.  The price scared him a bit but he loved the risotto and hearing of all the things it can do.

I made this for dinner tonight.
I used this satay sauce recipe rather than the can.

http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/peanut-satay-sauce-thick/40448

I didn't have all the ingredients for CC's satay sauce so used this one instead which was very easy, simple and tasty surprisingly since it really didn't have a lot of ingredients. The risotto turned out really nice. It was quite rich so you definitely couldn't eat a lot of it. Hubby and I were impressed although the kids weren't massive fans (probably because it was so rich I'd say plus one is sick atm).

Thank you for sharing, the recipe was very easy to follow and something different to the usual risotto I make.
