Title: Help Please - Apple Sponge

I am just wondering if someone could help please.  I know that I have read somewhere a recipe for Apple Sponge but after about half an hour of looking I cant find it.  Is anyone able to help please.  I was hoping to make it for dinner tonight. Thanks Sharyn

shazzy I would just stew some apple in the TMX. Cut it up and cook it at 100 until done. (put a drop of water in ) I would then do the sponge like this (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=616.0;prev_next=next).
I had a quick look and couldn't find much else.
Hope it works and isn't too late.
