Excellent Cookie! And it looks like it will fit in our milk tins too. Will try this, thankyou. :)
-
That looks really nice, Cookie. It will be the next loaf I make. Thank you.
-
Sure does JulieO. DH has ordered another loaf, but he will have to wait until Thursday as I'll be out tomorrow. You really need to be in all day to do it with all the rises. It gives it a lovely flavour though.

Cookie, what a loaf. I'll bet it toasts beautifully. Let us know please. I will be making this for sure.

I made this one today Cookie, think I should have cooked it a further 5 minutes as it is not very brown but it tastes lovely. Silly me forgot to use my pipe loaf tin :-)) :-))
-
Bit pale looking , Judy . But I'll bet it slices well.
-
It sure did and yes my first loaf of pale bread - usually mine are too dark. 5 minutes more next time should do it but we were waiting to go out today and what with the 3 rises, you get a bit impatient :D :D

Yes, 3 rises make it an all day bread. It looks lovely Judy.
