Title: Where's Frozzie - missing the regular contact?

Frozzie I would much prefer it to be the European winter - more chance of being in contact with you on the forum - stop enjoying the northern hemisphere summer and come back to chat (my nocturnal ramblings are never quite the same!!!!!!! without the instant responses from you!!!!!!!! Seriously though I hope that all is bright in your part of the planet.   :)  :)  :)

 :D Robyn! Are you a bit of a insomniac? I'm not anymore! Woohooo! HRT fixed me!

I used to love it when I'd get instant responses from our northern hemisphere forum members.
Now, I don't get on here very much at all, just too busy with life at the moment.

I really envy you meganjane.  I've just come off HRT after 10 years and am not a happy bunny... I know it reduces risks but if I carry on feeling like this I'm going to knock down my doctor's door and demand to go back on it.   :o :o

Katya you need to wean yourself off HRT VERY,  very slowly. If you just go off it all the old symptoms will reappear. Not nice. MY doctor didn't really understand this but a nice pharmacist helped me.

Hi Ceejay - it's not always bad for everyone, so don't go stressing out just yet.  I didn't go on HRT (through sheer bloody mindedness on my part, I've got to say) and, whilst the hot flushes were pretty horrible for a while, I got through OK.  Still suffer a bit from insomnia and from the occasional hot flush, but I have been very lucky.  There's no reason why shouldn't be lucky too.

I didn't really have too much trouble, just the hot flushes at night keeping me awake. I'm on a pretty mild HRT and I've been sleeping like a baby!

So, where is Frozzie????

Now lovelies - I thought that I was on hols :D - this thread is way off the initial focus of the post - bit like most classes (that I don't have for 2 whole weeks). So wake up Frozzie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!where r u?  I just might have to revert to HRT if I can't find a chatting buddy at 3am!!!!!!!!!
