Title: Err 39
Post by: helsbels on June 20, 2011, 09:17:37 am
Can anyone shed any light on this error code?
The manual only says it can be fixed by disconnecting from the power supply but whenever I try to to turn the speed dial I get this code.  I've only had my thermomix since Feb so hope is not something very wrong with it :(

Try turning it off at the power point then when you turn it back on, leave it for 30 seconds before using any of the functions.

Call your consultant.

I had this error message when my machine first arrived.  All it took was a tweak from the consultant's husband and all was well again.  I was told that sometime this happens when the machine is moved around.  Goodluck!!
