I know it's somewhere safe :-))
But I need the recipe shortly, as it's dinner :D
Anyone out there that can help me out?

Is it the Teriyaki beef with soba noodles? - I'll PM it?

I dont know what you really are looking for but Teriyake is a reduced soya which is sweetened with sugar or honey.
Sometimes with added flavors like Garlic and Ginger.
Here is the recipe i use but i dont cook it in the TMX as the time for reducing liquids in the TMX is much longer then using a big saute pan.
You might have to reduce the amounts or save the rest in a glass in the fridge for next time.
½ L. Soya
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 big piece of diced ginger
1 dl sugar/honey
Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Strain the sauce and its ready to use.
If you want it more thick you can add a bit of Corn starch.

Thanks Blused :) It is a recipe from the Meat on the Menu cookbook, is an absolute ripper!
Thanks so much Nay-Nay, my husband was very happy to have his teriyaki chicken for dinner ;D
