Thanks Be for a wonderful demo. We were all blown away by the tmx. I have a friend who prides herself on never ever having had a demo or partyplan type presentation at her house. She was the firsts of my guests to book!
I'm so excited I haven't been able to sleep properly I have been planning all the things I'm going to make. I'm so lucky! ;D

Wow Happydaze you sound so excited, I know what that feels like. When are you expecting your TM? You will love it, they are fantastic. Congratulations and Welcome to the Forum.

Hi Dede

I'm hoping it will arrive at the weekend. If not it will be early next week. When I woke up the day after the demo I realised I still hadn't managed to get my hands on the machine. My 2 boys 7 & 9 made the custard and sorbet at the demo. So I'm itching to have a go. Any ideas for my first dish or first few dishes?  :)

Hi Happydaze, welcome to the forum. Waiting for TMX deliveries seems to be the hardest thing - from then on in, it all becomes easy and so much fun.  These  (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4991.msg63288#msg63288) are some of the things suggested for first meals.

This (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6470.0) is a recent list by a forum member of all her favourite meals so far so it is worth having a look there too.
