Hi all,
If you have packet castor sugar in cupboard, can you just use that instead of milling normal sugar for cake recipe? If so, do you use same amount as normal sugar mentioned in recipe?

theres not too much difference:
1 cup raw sugar = 190g
1 cup white sugar = 225g
1 cup caster sugar = 220g
