Title: Today, what a day, the worst cooking day in 30years

I killed the yeast
Brunt the Kingston biscuits
Under cooked the Kingston biscuits
I made the chocolate ganache twice
Over cooked the pasta for the pasta al forno
Brunt the sauce
Broke plates and glasses
Dinner was very salty
Gave hubby butter fat instead of lemon juice in his water (so funny)
Made more  Kingston biscuits, but soft and soggy
Today felt like the 1st day that I started cooking (12 years old)
Shocking day, lets hope tomorrow will be better

Oh fundj- weall have days like that.

Hats off to you to keep on going fundj.  Like Hally, I would have quit long before you did. Some days we are just not meant to step into our kitchen.  Hope things go well for you tomorrow.

 JD I just could not believe what was happening today I was nearly in tears  :'(
I blaming it on the 18 hour shift I did for DS on Sunday
I need to blame something lol  :P

We tend to push ourselves to the limit fundj and at times just do too much - your kitchen was trying to tell you something today but you weren't listening  ;)

Fundj it is onward and upward from here - I would have called it a day after no 3 calamity - I wish there was an emoticon for an empathetic smile!!!!!!!!

Poor you. I hate it when that happens. Some days we are meant to stay out of the kitchen. I think I would have given up after 2 calamaties.

i am working at DS restaurant 2nite so no cooking for me tonight  :D
