Title: Coconut rice like at the Thai restaraunts
Post by: Renlor on June 13, 2011, 10:23:59 am
Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to make this?  It tastes like a dessert, but they serve it up as a main...as an alternative to the garlic rice they make.

My hips are thanking you all in advance  ;)

Cheers,

Renae.

Well i guess they use different recipes but in general its is usually Jasmin rice which is cooked in a mix of coconut milk and grated coconut.

I would suggest you cook them as you usually cook rice but just replace the water with same amount of coconut milk.
