Looking for something to serve with my last piece of leftover roast beef and found this recipe. I made 1/2 recipe, reduced curry powder to 1 tspn, used 1/8th tspn dried chillies, 1/2 tspn turmeric and didn't have any black sesame seeds. Used ordinary potatoes and perhaps cooked them a couple of minutes too long but it was a very flavoursome addition to roast beef leftovers. If you don't have this recipe book, you will find the recipe here (http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/potato-curry/16903) on the RC forum. We both enjoyed it but it would have been far too hot for us if I hadn't reduced the spices.

Was that a rib-eye roast Judy? Yum!
I haven't made this potato curry yet, so will try it. Thanks for the tips.

Made this today, used potatoes, eggplant & spinach as I didnt have carrots & beans.
Very nice. It makes a lot, tm jug full. I took mc iff and used basket to stop splatter as 1/2 way through cooking I thought there was too much liquid :)
