i am very surprised its so light and very easy to bake. Will have to wait to see what DD in-law thinks. It taste good to me.  ;D

That's good to know. I suppose you just follow the instructions on the packet? Any drastic modifications needed for making it with the tm?

i just gave it a good mix 1ST then knead 2mins
