Title: green peaches??

does anybody know any good recipes for green peaches in the thermi??

or even not in the thermi??

mum and dad's peach tree broke last night so today we had to pick all the fruit off and there's a fair few that are no where near ripe, but i don't want them to go to waste...
any help is much appreciated

I've made pickles with green peaches - similar to bread and butter pickles.
