Hello Everyone,
My name is Helene. I'm French and live in my country. I bought the TM few months ago and I just love it !!
But I also love American recipes (I was an exchange student 10 years ago and had the chance to taste lots of good food !), so I come here to find ways to make American food in my TM.

Welcome Helene.
There are not many members from the US here. However, there is a member, also named Helene, who is in Canada and has a terrific blog with many great recipes (http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/2010/3755/thermomix-recipe-index.html)
Actually, most of the TM recipes are about as universal as one can get. Other than some of the true "American" regional specialties, folks on this forum have posted recipes that may have had a foundation in America, or England, Italy, Turkey, India, and etc., but they are now truly international fare, and fun to prepare.
If you want a specific recipe, post a request and if anyone has one, they will quickly post it.
