Uni - yes dede, it is very easy with the TM. I added dried fruits to the mix and coconut in the crumble mix.

Thermo Mrs - it was the nicest apple crumble my family has ever eaten! So easy as well. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Nikkit - I made this the other night, but added some rolled oats and coconut to the crumble topping. Yummo! I read somewhere that oats is good for lowering cholesterol.

Glad you enjoyed it. We love apple crumble. And it's so easy to make. Although last night when I made it the TM was busy and I has to make it the old fashion way on the stove top :o
I know what your thinking, but I coped ok, I actually steamed the apples with my steamer pot. I still made the crumble mix with the TM though once it was finished steaming the veggies. :)

dede - I read somewhere that oats is good for lowering cholesterol, so I put it in the topping to ... hopefully ... offset the large dollop of thickened cream and the scoop of icecream that goes on top!
Makes feel better - dunno if it works though!! ;D
