Hi I just wanted to drop in and say hi :D

Dubai is amazing.....the hotel is just stunning and I am sure I have put on about 3kgs already with all of the food!! The conference day for consulants started today and George Calombaris is HERE, he will be involved in the day tomorrow. We all got a copy of the new Asian cook book today, how exciting!! It will be for sale in May. Lots of exciting things for Thermomix in the pipeline.......The weather is warm but not overbearing. My knee is behaving and I am coping well with the one crutch. I feel like I have been away for about a week!!

I know, only missed out by a couple of points... but we'd already decided I'd go to Perth for training in Feb instead, as I couldn't do both - too hard for hubby to get time off to watch the kids for both trips. :) Never mind, next year!! ;D

No Cyndi isn't here. Tonight is the big gala ball. Today was the last of the official conference days. Lots of team building and lots of laughs.
Must go and get ready ;) I have just returned from the mall of Emirates which has a ski slope inside it for people to ski in :o
Massive shopping centre with ever shop you could imagine from gucci to debenhams lol

I'm surprised Cyndi didn't go - she came to our meeting the night is was announced to where they were all going this year and was very excited to know it was Dubai - something must have come up??

The thing I got most out of it was the enthusiasm of everyone and listening to different people's approaches to Thermomix and also observing different personalities working together.
