Great served as part of a fruit platter.
50g plain chocolate
2 large ripe bananas
15ml/1tbsp malt extract (optional)
Fresh fruit to serve
Break up chocolate and melt for 3 min, speed 2 at 60ºC.
Check that chocolate is melted and add banana (and malt, optional). Blend on speed 5 for 20 sec or until combined.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Tips: For a creamier dip, add 1/4 a cup of cream and blend with the banana.
