Thanks so much to those who PM'd me this recipe.
This is a really unusual but DELICIOUS drink. Adding the rosewater makes it really fragrant and beautiful, and the lemon, lime and mint give a real tang. I am not sure that little kids would go for it, because it is a bit different - but as an adult drink it is gorgeous on its own, or else would also be great with gin or maybe even midori added to it ;D
My only tweak would be to reduce the rosewater initially, and then add more if you want to. I only used 2/3 of a teaspoon, and it was quite strong enough. The 2-3 teaspoons recommended would be way over the top!
Score: 4/5

Made this last night to drink today. Last night it was delicious, but today it was quite bitter and tart. I would suggest that if you are going to make it, drink it on the same day.

Hi KHJ - I made some yesterday and it still tastes fine today. Maybe depends on how thick the pith is on the lemons and limes?? I agree with you about the rosewater - I used one tsp and that was enough for my tastes.
