This salsa is great as a dip or an accompaniment to chicken or pork.
3 peaches, halved
Flesh of 1 mango
1 red chilli, deseeded
1 glove of garlic
1-2 cm of ginger
Small bunch of coriander
Juice of 1/2 a lemon or 1 lime
Place chilli, garlic, ginger and coriander into TM bowl and chop for 5 sec on speed 7.
Add mango, peaches and juice. Chop for 1 sec on speed 5. Check the consistency, if too chunky blend for a further 1 second on speed 5.
This recipe was converted from www.taste.com.au
Tips: Don’t over process! As it is a salsa the final product should be chunky.
If using firm peaches chop these for 1 sec on speed 5 before adding the mango and chopping further.

I can't wait until our tree is like that, we just bought it this year and have eaten the few that came of it. Will be earmarking this recipe for the future.
