Hi PP, welcome to the forum. There are some good recipes in the Babies & Kids section (3 pages to browse) http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?board=16.0. Suitable for adults, why should only kids have all the good stuff ;) ;)
Have a browse, check out the reviews and have a go. It won't be long and you will be as confident as the rest of us.

Hi PP welcome to the forum
I've got 3 boys - the oldest is 9 - and love making stuff from scratch for them. They're pretty skinny so I do a lot of biscuits and cakes in my TM but its so nice to know they're scoffing all this stuff that's not full of salts or trans fats and rubbish. ;D
