Title: Mimicreme - any ideas?

browsing through gluten free baking sites i was led to this product that sounds very useful as i'm supposed to avoid cow dairy

Quirky Jo makes a cashew cream ladybird http://quirkycooking.blogspot.com/2010/07/cashew-cream.html  - don't know if that is similar to mimiccreme.
