CarolineJ - Made these tonight, YUM! I don't think they even need the sauce. My kids liked them plain, and they would work well in a burger as well. I actually made them patty shaped instead of balls so I didn't have to keep turning them over! I used Basa fillets. I was thinking next time I will make them fish finger shaped for the girls. I gave my husband the sauce in the recipe, but he said not to bother next time, that he'd prefer plain sweet chilli sauce with them.

What type of fish did you use Caroline? I would love to give these a try too. :)

Coles had Basa fillets on sale for $7 a kilo, so I used those :) I was thinking next time I will make them fish finger shaped for the girls. I gave my husband the sauce in the recipe, but he said not to bother next time, that he'd prefer plain sweet chilli sauce with them.

Does sound interesting - like a dish from Portugal or north of Spain with merluza. Thanks MM
