Title: Salmon with Salmon Mousse Stuffing and Mango Sauce

I made this recipe from the Full Steam Ahead book the other night (made a couple of tweaks - made it Salmon and Prawn Mouse and added some chives) - was really lovely!!!  Thumbs up on this one!!! :)

Can someone please pm the recipe for these pizza pockets.  I can't find my book..... I think the kids will love these.
