as topic says :) would love to try a baked or grilled polenta, so please share any recipes you have (tmx or not, but must be one that is tried and tested)

Hey Guys, I'm in Texas and couldn't resist a quick check in! hahaha...yes the Vegetarian book is so close I have seen an early draft...(should be available for sale in March or April...not sure) and enclosed in its bulging pages, a delicious Polenta recipe. ::)

Karen, I've made a thick polenta and added cheese.  Then allowed it to "set" in a slice tin. Then when we're grilling tea I grill pieces of it. Not too bad.  If you want exact quantities I'll try and find the recipe.  It's not thermomix, but shouldn't be hard to adapt. (I haven't made it since I've had the TMX)

by the way i haven't actually won the comp yet, just had the prize donated my way ;) (thank goodness, we LOVE cyndi's GF bread recipe!)
