I liked this because all ingredients were fresh, rather than using a falafel mix. The were really, really yummy. I tried baking them in the oven as well as shallow frying them to compare. I preferred the shallow fry as the oven baked ones seemed a bit dry. I made them for a friend's birthday party and had heaps left over, so am still having them out of the freezer.
