I am interested in trying out different types of cheese making. Can anyone share cheese recipes?

Cheese making is a pretty complex process. There's recipes here for ricotta, cream cheese and the EDC has a mascarpone recipe, what particular cheese would you like to make?
-
I just want to try a firm cheese in a mold. Not sure of names.

google cheeslinks - they have kits etc and it might be what you are looking for?

Yep, Cheeselinks is your best bet. I did a course through them and made Camembert, Quarg and Ricotta. Brilliant!

I recently did a course with The Cheesemaker in Padbury WA. Was a lovely day and we made wonderful cheese. I am enjoying my first batch of feta at the moment - and its just like the bought stuff! Let me know if you would like any more information.

One of the most important things in making cheese is the preparation - that is, getting all the equipment together and making sure you have absolutely everything you need before you begin.
You need a cheese "press" and if you have a handy husband, these can be made as the ready-made ones are fairly expensive.
A homemade one can be seen here (http://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php?topic=156.0), and here's a different type cheese press. (http://www.fucheese.com/blog/2008/10/homemade-cheese-press/)
If you have never made cheese of this type, it is wise to attend a workshop and Cheeselinks (http://www.cheeselinks.com.au/index.html) is a good place to start.
