I'm sorry if this is like someones elses, but it tastes sooo good lol
chicken an veg soup
4/5 serves
Ingredients
300g chicken breast
half beetroot- chopped
half turnip-chopped
2 carrots-chopped
stalk celery including leaves-chopped
chunk pumpkin-chopped and skinned
chunk sweet potato-chopped and skinned
2 tomatoes-quartered
chuck red capsicum-chopped
onion -chopped
parsley
30 ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 big dollops of veg concentrate
600ml- 1 lt water
Preparation:
put the chicken in the varoma
place all other ingredieants in tm bowl
set varoma and speed 1 for 25 mins
woosh the the soup mix until blended the way you like
add the chicken and woosh till shredded

Tips/Hints:
depending on how many veggies i use i sometimes have to woosh my mix in 2 batches... use more or less water for a thicker or runnier soup

sarsryan - Just used your recipe as a base for left-over veg and chicken soup. Used carrot, celery, red onion and potato. Threw in a dollop of cream and whooshed! Delicious! Thank you!

untill the demo i went to a month or so ago... i couldnt stand beetroot... never had eaten it before, would pick it off hamburgers.. but the beetroot salad looked o good i had to try it.....
i freeze some of the soup and the beetroot kind of seperates on freezing.... doesnt affect the soup at all just, just something i noticed lol
