Title: Newbie here, but oldie in Bimby ;)

Hi there :)
I'm italian and I'm using  the Thermomix (for me is Bimby) since 30 years.
First of all, sorry for my bad english  :-\ And thanks for having me :)
I  own now 2 Bimby and I used both: the TM21 and TM31. But I still have the first one, the 3300 still working  :D
For me it'is natural  cook everything with it, so every day I use it 3 o4 time.
And all the italian recipe are converted by me for the Thermomix.
I'm now searching for a repair store for my TM21 that, in some heavy duty, has some problem. I want to have it in great shape, so I can make a present to my young daughter.
I know there is a store in Quebec City, but i'm wondering if there are any chance to repair it in Montreal.
I'm living in Moncton (NB) now, but next year I'll move me too in Montreal where my daughter has her PHd in McGill and my son have his work after graduated in Mount Allison.
So, searching for a solution for my problem, I found your forum and now.... I'm here  :)

Hi Lio first let me say your English is fine.  You are one luck gal to have been Thermomixing for 30 years. I am sure you will find a repair person  for you TM21 there are a few Canadians on the forum that may be able to help.  Check with  http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/ and http://www.acanadianfoodie.com/

Hi Lio, welcome to the forum.  How lovely to have to Bimbys to cook with, at least until you get the TM21 serviced and give to your daughter.  Knowing how much Italian ladies cook, I'll bet it has been very handy having 2 machines.  A lot of us have 2 bowls for our machines to help get things made faster and I'm sure we would all love to have 2 machines at times too. You are an old pro after 30 years using this machine, we are all relative newcomers here in Australia - just a few years for some, 2 years for me.  We would love to have you share some of your Italian recipes with us here if you could and hope you will try some of ours as well.

Welcome Lio and congratulations on your English. Imagine owning a TMX for 30 years. I'm sure you can do some amazing things with it. I've had mine for just 2 years and still love it and am surprised at the things it can do.
