Hi TMX fans. I'm blown away by all your welcoming wishes. Thank you so much.
I would like to make the scones tomorrow but I have no idea what "interval speed" means.
Thaks again. Susy

Susy that is the button with the wheat symbol :: that you use whenever kneading
-
Hi Susy. The interval speed is used when you make bread or pastry or biscuits. It's the :: symbol on your machine.Set your dial to the closed lid postion, set time, press the interval button and it will mix at "intervals"until the time is up.I hope you understand my explanation. :)
-
Oh and another thing Suzy, don't walk away and leave your machine when using :: as sometimes the machine will 'walk' across the bench.

Hope the scones went well.

Well?
Were they fabulous?
