Thanks Judy. Trying the apricot nectar at the moment although got distracted when adding ingredients and think I may end up with jam as I put the sugar in at first step with water but hoping for the best!! Will try the stewed apricots next :)

I love apricots but unfortunately nobody else does in this house :P These (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3902.0) are lovely Lisa if you want to try them. ;)

Thanks Cornish Cream. Just had a quick look and they look great. Will definitely try them.   Just finished off the nectar and I'm very happy with result. Just weighed remaining apricots and 4.9 kilos of fruit to go! Going to be a busy 24 hours.
