Title: Gluten free bread recipe?

Hi,

I have most of the books but dnt seem to have this recipe, it must be in vegetarian or gluten free. My sister is cealiac and I wuld like to make this for her. If anyone can post it for me(or direct met it if it is all ready on the forum - I cant find it)  I & my sister would be most grateful.

If anyone is interested I can post the lettuce soup recipe which is in the festive book and the indian bok, I made it tday and yesterday with lettuce from the garden and it is a real winner and so easy!!
