HI
I'm from Broome WA, owned a TM for 2 weeks now and cant get enough of it.
Mango season has brought lots of sorbet and smoothies to my families life. Made white sauce for lasagna last night for dinner, it was amazing!
I'm sure today will bring some new treats to my table...
-
That's great!

Welcome joolz. I'm like Gretchen-love my TMX more than chocolate but definitley not more than diamonds, especially if they are pink.
I used to live in Broome so know it well. We return there frequently. Great place.

Hi Joolz, depends where you are (re ordering cacao butter) - but you can get it from Bio-Distributors (http://www.biodistributors.com.au/PriceListFiles/health.php?) or Loving Earth (http://www.lovingearth.net/products/2/raw-organic-cacao-butter) or if you don't want to pay $50 something dollars for a kg, you can buy cocoa butter from Aussie Soap Supplies (http://www.aussiesoapsupplies.com.au/Butters-Cocoa-Butter-pr-459.html) - it's quite edible, food grade, but I'm not sure if it's expeller pressed. I've also emailed Tava (http://www.tava.com.au/product_butter.html) to see how much there's will cost - it's practically local! (Grown in Vanuatu, pressed in Australia). I'll let you know what they say.

Well I made the chocolate and popped it into to my over stuffed fridge to set. Ten minutes in I had to get something out of the fridge and it fell out and slopped over the floor, up the bench and on my groceries that were on the floor waiting to be put in my over stuffed fridge :P :P, mostly over the celery. My lovely 7y.o. son quickly stated "Mum the floor's clean, you mopped it on the weekend, you can't waste it" and sat on his hauches and started to scoop it up and lick it off his fingers. Just what I needed to give me a sense of humour about the situation. I just cracked up and told him he reminded me of Augustas Gloop (Charlie and the chocolate factory). Couldn't quite bring myself to eat the chocolate coated celery though :D :D

Thank goodness for your son and him making light of the situation. Did he enjoy the chocolate?

He loved it, but had trouble sleeping from the chocolate hit ;D ;D ;D. I did get to taste it and it was very nice.
