Hi there all - I was just wondering if someone could help me out. About the only problem I seem to come across with the thermomix is not being able to cream butter and sugar for cookies. Can anyone help me out with the correct settings?

Hi & Welcome! Just keep it on a low speed because of the small amount of mixture if put up high it will just flick up sides and on lid - Start low 1-2 then when incorporated put up to 3-4 until mix has is more white than yellow. Hope this helps. ;)
