Tips/Hints:
I only made 1/2 this quantity and cooked for 30 mins. It is not the nicest thing to look at but tastes really nice. Found the recipe at http://www.spinachrecipes.org/cheese-spinach-bake.html (http://www.spinachrecipes.org/cheese-spinach-bake.html)
Here's a picture of a slice served with our lunch today. To improve the appearance of it, next time I am going to lay thin slices of tomato on top & sprinkle with some more cheese before baking.

Another great recipe Judy. I'm getting peckish looking at all these photos, as Thermomixer said 'food pornography.'
