I've just come across this recipe when searching; can anyone suggest what sized tin of tuna would be appropriate for this recipie?

Guess it would be a matter of choice patsycate but I would only use a 185g can if I was making this recipe. There are a lot of ingredients in this omelette and I feel a large can would be too much.  Others may think differently though.

You could put some in it and then perhaps sprinkle more over it after it was cooked if you wanted more.

Master Moderator may be able to help, almost sounds like a Portuguese conversion?

Thanks for your replies, I did use the smaller 180g can of tuna and it was just right.

This was an amazingly hearty meal - you'll certainly get your quota of vegetables for the day from eating a slice of this!

I made this for tea tonight only I altered to suit what I had in.  I didn't have any zucchinis, so I used a bunch asparagus and a bunch of broccolini, both cut into pieces.  I used the rest of the veg as in the recipe and ended up with so much that I wouldn't have been able to cook in the TM, so I ended up using the TM to chop the veg and I cooked on the stove top in my wok before baking in the oven.  This was so tasty we loved it.  I served with a simple salad and a home made thin French stick (chookie's no fuss bread recipe).  Thumbs up from us.  :)
