Title: Hurry up and fix my oven!!!!

Grrrrr

It died on Wednesday, and it seems there is no rush to fix it  >:( - the joys of being in a rental!  I wouldn't care if it was the cook top.  I want to bake!!!!!!

Anyway, just wanted to get that out somewhere.

Maybe you could mention you won't be paying any more rent until it's fixed  ;)

I would be very lost if my oven died. Hope it's fixed soon.

I use my BBQ as an oven. I hate cleaning anything especialy the oven but my DH cleans the BBQ. Problem solved.

yeah except it is illegal to withhold rent pending repairs  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Gert - I would never have thought of that.  Is it easy to do?  I have never used the BBQ at all, that's DH's department.  lol

faffa - Thank you  :).  I didn't know it was illegal.  The way our rent is set up we can't withhold it anyway even if we wanted to.  DH did read though that we should be entitled to reduced rent if they don't hurry up and fix it!

Anything you can do in the oven you can do in a BBQ..... so long as it has a lid! ;D ;D

It's finally booked in for this Friday.  Please be a quick fix (or a whole new oven), either way I'll be happy.  ;D

My dishwasher is broken down and I'm finding that's a PITA too. :-\

THAT would kill me!!!! - well a little less than if my TMX was broken  ;)

MJ - that would be a pain!  Hope it's fixed ASAP for you.

Still waiting for the guy to show up...

What should I bake first when it's fixed???  And is it rude to get it ready to bake while he's still here fixing it?  lol

I would have that cake mixture in the TMX ready to go - start whizzing when he arrives! I suggest ILB's Chocolate Bimby Cake.
