Hi there,
got my new thermie last Sat (week ago). Felt abit frustrated as I haven't had a lot of time for playing last week. This week is looking better. Saying that I have made a few things. That "too easy choc cake'...wow!!! Took some to church for morning tea this morning & got rave reviews about it.
Have got 2 sisters who bought TMXs earlier this year. (hi RoxyS) Only have one sister to convert now. We're all getting together for christmas, here at the farm this year, so could be lots of fun, especially if there are 3 TMXs working (there will be about 25 of us for about 3 days!!)
Love reading what others have been making & seeing the excitement of those waiting for their TMXs to arrive!!!
Looking forward to spending a little time checking out recipes etc.

Welcome naz. 3TMX all going at once- yikes, how noisy would that be :o :o. Great fun though.

Hello naz, welcome to the forum. Sounds like a great get-together at Christmas time - 3 TMX's cooking up a storm and making a lot of noise. You will want to clear the kitchen before you all turn your machines on :D :D Sounds like a great support system you have and it is only a matter of time before the last sister will realise she needs one too.

Welcome to the forum naz.Just one more sister to convert to the TM way of cooking and it could be 4 TM's next year.Ear protectors anyone ?? :D :D

Hi Naz,
TMX are very addictive and contagious. My sister in laws bought theirs first and I didn't want to be left behind. My hubby knew how much I loved to cook so he gave me the green light to get one too. Bless him :-*
Christmas will be similar for us this year. We'll all be trying to out-do each other with the best dish for Christmas. :D
I hope you get lots of yummy recipes from here to make for your family.
Enjoy and goodluck converting your other sister.

Hi and welcome Naz. What part of WA are you from?

A warm welcome to the forum Naz.

Hey Sis, glad you got your intro on here. Look forward to you converting your recipes to share. You really need to try the Chocolate Fudge Cake and the Bimby Chocolate cake if you think the Too Easy one was good. Warning - my lot got addicted to the CFC.

Thankyou for the warm welcomes!
Cookie, I'm farming in Kojonup which is 3 hours sth of Perth towards Albany. A lovely part of the country, although no rain here much this year which is most unusual.
Made the roulade of spinach for tea tonight. Have put a review on the recipe review section.
Thanx for the heads up on those cakes Roxy. Will have to try them soon.

Welcome from me, I am a bit further north in Perth. Have you tried the flourless chocolate cake yet? It is moorish. I had to ban myself from making it.
The easy chocolate cake is so easy. I now always make a double batch and two smallish cakes or cupcakes and then freeze all sliced for school lunches. Too easy.

Thanks naz. We've passed through Kojonup lots of times when we've been touring round. Ghastly about the lack of rain though. My family had a farm in the northern wheatbelt and I know what it's like.

Belated welcome naz - good to see the family is all getting involved.
