Title: I just purchased my thermomix!!!!
Post by: Radha on October 25, 2010, 07:32:20 am: I just had a TMX Demo at my house for me and a friend today and I am stuffed! She made us a vegetarian feast and everything was delicious.
I bought my TMX today and can't wait to actually get it delivered, so that I can put some fun back into my cooking ;D.

I am a health conscious vegetarian and am really looking forward to start making all my own sauces, jams, ice creams and breads from fresh ingredients. I am a bit of a greenie when it is convenient for me and am happy that I will be cutting back on all the supermarket stuff, hence excess packaging and rubbish.

I just had a bit more of the pasta that the demonstrator made, I must say it is absolutely delicious! I don't know if its because it was cooked in the sauce directly instead of boiled in water first?

I am planning on getting chickens when I get back from O/S and am trying to grow some veges. Sadly I have a deadly black thumb >:( so I have found a local community garden when I can pick my own seasonal veges. Are there any thermomixers in the Brisbane/Ipswich area?
