Title: Review Aglio Oilio E Peperoncino Garlic Oil and Hot Chilli

We had this last night for the first time and really liked it. It was a bit hot but I'll still do the same next time.
The recipe is in the 2009 calendar.
The only change I made was to only cook 250g pasta as there is only 3 of us and this was plenty. I reduced the parmesan to 70g and only used 1 tablespoon of veg. stock. I thought this may be too much but it was just right.

I must give it a go cookie, as I was only thinking last night as I was trying to squeeze in a few new printouts to my bulging file without it bursting open - that I seem to be making forum dishes mostly.
