Title: Another happy newbie to TM

My Tm was delivered on Tuesday and I have been having a great time.  I am going to spend the weekend experimenting with breads and icecream.  Made sorbet last night and can't wait to get home from work to have some more.  Happy Happy Day!!!

Hi demak and welcome to the forum.You are going to have a fab weekend making ice cream and breads in your new TM.There are wonderful recipes here on those two particular topics so have fun.

Hi there Demak,
Have you tried any of the main dishes yet? Once you get cracking on those, there's no turning back. It makes cooking dinner an absolute breeze.
