Sam I use Baker's flour and either fresh yeast when I can get it or Lowan yeast from the supermarket which is in a tall red cylinder. I keep that in the freezer and take what I need and replace it.
I love the 5 seed bread but it is a very sloppy mix. Chookie's Rustic Bread is also one of my favourites.

Try some of Isi's recipes too, they are wonderful. I think Judy always puts bread improver in with her mix too. (I do when I remember) You can buy that at the supermarket too.
Good luck and let us know how you go.

They say "all good things come to those who wait". Well you certainly have waited but you have certainly received something good.  Congratulations! What a lovely husband you have.

There is so much information and tips available to you on here. The possibilities are endless.

I haven't done a lot of bread in my TM but the one recipe I have done quite a bit is from the forum..

The first time I made this, I made the same as the recipe. It was devoured in minutes!  So easy to make.

I made it the other night for my boys for a fast dinner but I made the whole lot with cheese and ham. There wasn't a whole lot of that left either.

As yet I haven't made plain bread. It's on the "to do" list though. I've only had my TM for 2 weeks.  There's only so much food you can eat in a day.  :D
