Title: Hello
Post by: abundanceatangas on October 18, 2010, 03:33:05 am
I just wanted to say "Hi", and thanks for approving my membership.

I haven't bought a thermomix YET; I am really keen thought.

Hopefully it will help me save money as I have to cook/buy for allergies.

I would like to be able to grind gluten free flours, make rice milk and am looking forward to searching through this forum for hints on gluten free cooking.

Thanks,
Deb

Welcome Deb. I'm sure a Thermomix would help you with cooking for allergies etc. You will be able to make everything from scratch and then you will know exactly what is in it.

Hello and welcome! Although we don't need to have gluten free food, I find that gluten free baked items are so much easier to prepare with the tmx. Continue to explore, and by all means have a demo to see the tmx - it makes all the difference! See i a few times, if you have to.

You all know what I'm going to say .... "I loved it".  The demonstrator was really lovely and we all stuffed ourselves with yummy food.  I just have to sort out some financial stuff now ...

Of course you "loved it"   ;D  I hope you sort out the financial.  It is sooooo worth it and will save a ton of money for you not even counting how much healthier you and your family will be eating.  I know you won't regret it.  I would be lost without mine.

I too took a while to make my purchase due to the price seeming so high, but it is something i certaintly havent regreted and i am not a foody, i cant cook a thing without a recipe :-[. I am learning as i go but i now make my own bread which is a big saving and soooo much healthier, hope you dont have to wait too long, the wait can seem so long when waiting for a new thermomix  ;D
