Hello to everybody.

I don't know if this is the right place to post my wishes, if you think it isn't the right one, move it.

I'm Miriam (my nick is bimby) admin of the Italian forum RICETTE BIMBY and I wish you MERRY XMAS also from my STAFF.

Merry Christmas from the States to all :)

We have a tradition where I bake bread all Christmas Eve day (It's still Christmas Eve here) and my son and I go out and deliver it all evening.  I baked 56 loaves tonight, and had only 2 left for us :)

Here's about 2/3 of what we baked today

Great work there UC.  Unfortunately you'd be there for a while preparing all that in the TMX  :'(

They look superb - I can hear them sounding nice & hollow when you tap them.  Looks like a good crust.
