this is my recipe, i make all the time.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sr flour
2 large bananas
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/4 tea spoon bi carb

put bananas in, mix for 10 seconds
add everything else, speed 6, 30-40 seconds
bake 180*  for 1 hour.

i get bananas for free most of the time, so do this cake alot.

Free bananas how lovely for you. I was thrilled on Wednesday when I found some for $1.99/kg.

The cake looks quick and easy, thanks. I'll definitely give it a try.

Cool bananas - free !  Do you make banana based "ice creams" too.  Lucky you.

Thanks Robyn, just made this one and like a freshly made loaf of bread, I have cut off the end and had it with butter.  Delicious and so easy.   :-*
