I am new to the forum and look forward to many new ideas, recipes etc.

Love my Thermomix (who wouldn't).

I love cooking and use my Thermomix daily.

Thanks for your replies.

I am from Adelaide.

Love making desserts, soups and bread in my TM. Favourite dessert recipes are creme brulee (the one cooked completely in the TM - Yum) and the Portuguese Cream Tarts - a real hit with the family. Made Broccoli soup (my grandson's favourite - he's 9!!!) in the TM last week. Was better than conventional way and half the time!!

My friend is getting her TM today and is so excited. We will be doing a cooking day together next week. Looking forward to exchanging new ideas with her as she is Greek and cooks fantastic dishes.
