Hi everyone,
Thought I'd join & see what I can learn. I'm getting my LS (Lifesaver) next week & cannot wait. Have commented to my friends that I don't think I've been this excited about anything since finding out I was pregnant with my 2 children :D
Cheers,

Welcome Salval. Waiting is so very hard. I know I was literally counting the sleeps. You now have some planning time.
I still love my machine after nearly 2 years. I often think it is all the exciting recipes posted on here that helps keep the excitement going.

Hi salval
The creme brulee recipe came from the UK Thermomix website. It is so easy, completely cooked in the TM and not the oven. Tips are included to give a perfect result. Try it - Yummy! My husband even went out and bought me a kitchen blow torch to complete the job - guess who insists on using the blow torch on the brulees? Yes, my husband.
Good luck with the recipe. If you can't find it, I'll send it on - let me know.
Happy Thermomixing.
Kobes :D
