Does anyone know how to cook toasted israeli couscous in the thermomix? On the stove top it is sauté an onion, add 1 cup of toasted israeli couscous and stir it about for a minute and then add 1 1/2 cups of vegetable stock, bung the lid on and wait for the liquid to absorb. Im not sure what temperature to cook it on.

After the usual chopping/cooking of onion, I would try adding the couscous & do REVERSE speed ^^ on Varoma temp for 2 minutes before adding the stock (preferably warmed up) and go REVERSE speed ^^ on 100 deg for 15-20 minutes?
May take more or less.
